Implementation Consultant
for PIM and product data.

About the role

openProd sits in front of a customer's PIM, or keeps the catalogue itself. You will help customers and partners set it up: model their families and attributes, run the first supplier files with their team and connect openProd to their PIM.

What you will do

• Run onboarding workshops and map each customer's product model: families, attributes, units and categories.
• Set up openProd for the customer and run the first supplier files together with their team.
• Configure the connection to the customer's PIM, for example Pimcore, and check that products arrive as expected.
• Train users and write short guides on how their team reviews and decides.
• Bring what you learn from customers back to the product team as clear, prioritised feedback.

What we are looking for

• Experience implementing PIM, ERP or e-commerce systems for business customers.
• A good understanding of product data: attributes, units, variants and categories.
• Confidence with spreadsheets and data cleaning, and comfort with JSON and a REST API.
• Clear communication in workshops and in writing, with customers and partners.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Pimcore, Akeneo or Ergonode.
• Basic SQL or scripting for data checks.

   A short product data case of up to 3 hours. You get our feedback within a week.

3. 03 Final interview

   We talk about your case and your experience. If we both say yes, we send you an offer.
