How it works

Start with one supplier file, then grow.

You see your own data in openProd before you commit to a subscription.

  1. 01 Pilot

We run your supplier files through openProd against your PIM model and check the result with your team. Fixed scope and price, agreed up front.

  2. 02 Subscription

Your team imports, reviews and saves supplier data every month, with a monthly pool of AI credits.

  3. 03 Rollout

More suppliers, more teams or more PIMs, on terms that fit your company. Quoted for your setup.

What drives your price

Four things set your price.

There are no per-seat fees, so everyone who works with supplier data can use openProd.

AI credits

How many supplier files you process each month, and how large they are.

Your PIM

The connector to Pimcore or Ergonode, or the REST API and MCP server for another system.

Your catalogue model

Hosting and support

Your own managed instance of openProd and the support your team needs.

In every subscription

The full workflow, from file to catalogue.

What your team works with from the first pilot on.

Data import

Supplier PDFs, spreadsheets and pasted text become values mapped to your data model.

Data review

Your team decides only what is uncertain and sees every change before saving.

Save to catalog

Checked products are saved under the name of the person who saved them.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered.

Why don't you list prices?

Your price depends on your supplier files, your PIM and your catalogue model. A list price would be wrong for most teams, so we send a written quote, usually after one short call.

How is the pilot priced?

At a fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed before we start: your supplier files, your catalogue model and a result your team checks with us.

What is an AI credit?

The unit openProd uses for AI work, such as reading supplier files and answering in the assistant. Every analysis starts with a credit estimate someone accepts, and the top bar shows the credits used this month.

How many files do the credits cover?

It depends on the size and type of each file, so we do not promise a number. The pilot measures real usage on your own files.

What happens when we use all our credits?

You add a credit package. The estimate before each analysis shows what the next run will use.

Which PIMs does openProd work with?

openProd has connectors for Pimcore and Ergonode, and a REST API and MCP server for other systems. The connection you need is part of your quote.

What are the contract and billing terms?

Subscriptions run for at least 12 months and are billed monthly or annually. There are no per-seat fees.

Where does openProd run?

As a managed service in a private cloud, on an instance only your company uses. The Security page explains roles, the audit log and version history.
