How we hire

Three steps, no surprises.

The steps differ slightly by role. Each role page shows its own.

  1. 01 Short call

    A call of up to 30 minutes to see whether we are a good fit for each other.

  2. 02 Task or interview

    A short task of up to 3 hours, or a conversation for non-technical roles. You get our feedback within a week.

  3. 03 Final interview

    We talk about your task and your experience. If we both say yes, we send you an offer.
