One drawer for a value the dictionary does not have

When a value is missing from a dictionary attribute, a single drawer lets you use an existing option, add the new option, or skip the value. If the dictionary gained the option after the analysis, it is offered under “Use existing option”. Since 13 Sep a missing option no longer makes the whole plan fail.
